An APF Red Rocks Boot camp is an infinitely modifiable and FUN hour long indoor/outdoor group fitness that emphasizes cardio, functional strength movements, balance and personal growth.  It is both a circuit training class and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) clinically proven to melt body fat.  The people in the classes are of all ages, with various abilities, body weights and mobility issues.  Our instructors will modify each exercise if necessary to fit with each participant’s abilities.  Each class is completely different from another.

If you are interested in burning 600 to 1000 calories in an hour and having a higher metabolic rate for the next 24 hours after class is over, helping to consume those fat cells, then this class is for you.

Additional details:

  • First two weeks are free!!!

  • Groups capped at 10-20 participants depending on days

  • We meet on stage (If the stage is roped off we meet at the top of the rope on the north side)

  • Exercise mats, gloves and water are recommended but not 100% required

  • Am Sessions: 6:45am (M/T/W/Th/Fri) (Sat at 8am)

  • Pm Sessions: 5:45pm (M/T/W/Th/Fri)

  • Must RSVP For every Boot Camp
