Our philosophy and methodology of training delivers results by focusing on Kinesiology-based programming, constant personal attention and supervision, expert coaching and effective teaching, and our ability to a create a challenging, yet comfortable training environment. Our private training program has been constructed to enhance all aspects of fitness in the most efficient, effective and safest manner possible. We are able to accomplish this by understanding the intricate workings of the human body and choosing the right movements and physical challenges for each phase of training.

This training program is not for the weak at heart. It is as physically demanding as it is mentally challenging. APF’s philosophy requires a strong mind set and full attention to movement as the will to trust and commit to the training is an essential component of the program. We address the relationship between the neurological and muscular systems via primary movement patterns, skill development and choose the proper stimulus needed to induce positive and long lasting adaptations in both the structure and function of your body.
